Just returned from a very enjoyable two week stay at this CL and I cannot fault the spotless facilities or the owners commitment to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Facilities include two toilets, one large shower, indoor pot/clothes washing sink and a washing machine. The site may only be a small sloping grassed area but the unmarked pitches are well spaced and most give great views over the valley with some fishing lakes below. Make sure you follow the route given by the owners as there are some narrow lanes in the other direction. As Weymouth can get very busy it can be a good idea to use the Park & Ride [located near Sainsbury’s on the ring road], parking costs £3 for all occupants. If you have a bus pass you can travel free on the open topped bus that runs from Weymouth sea front to Portland Bill. This is a very popular site and I would defiantly return if visiting this area again.
