Mr,Mrs Graham and Jayne Ellis

We stayed at Corner Farm last month and we found this site to be one of the best sites we have stayed at the owners were a lovely couple and the gardens and Roses trees tuck me back to my child hud in my Dads garden he loved his Roses trees on our last day we had breakfast in the café/tea room and it was very nice and a good price . This site is only small but it is a lovely and clean site just trying to book with them to go back next week Many Thanks Jayne and Graham ELLIS.

Fantastic Site

Fantastic little site stayed 21st October 2018 for 4 nights . We took our Daughter and 2 grandchildren and 3 Doggies . the site facilities are really good, water to each pitch and a lovely little shower and toilet block which were very clean, and it is so close to Fantasy island which was a bonus. We asked how early we could arrive on site and was told as early as we want and the same for leaving was so no rushing ...this might be different high season lovely owners A good dog walk next to site . the café on site was amazing only had chance to have a breakfast as it was closing for winter but would love to go earlier in the year and use it for whole holiday Hahaaaa no cooking for me!! Will definitely be going again thank you corner farm

You can't hold the owner responsible for the weather!

We had 6 nights here April 2018. In spite of the appalling weather (it stopped raining on Wednesday - but only long enough to hail) the pitches remained largely in good condition, the grass is kept lovely and short and, having been cut in a brief window of non-raining during the stay, all cuttings were cleared up. Don't let's get carried away - it didn't sunshine - it just didn't rain or hail for a little while. Wonderfully kept lawns, hedges and pitches, water available at individual hook ups, and a cracking little toilet block / shower facility. You can't hold the owner responsible for the weather - but it didn't detract from the facilities available at his little gem. A credit to the owner - thank you Rees.

November 2016 visit

We stayed at Corner Farm – Addlethorpe for 5 nights in November 2016. The nightly rate was £15. The owners were away during our visit but we were well looked after by Terry & Colin – the dog! The site is just over a mile inland from the coast between Skegness & Ingoldmells. It is well maintained with hardstandings and associated water & electric points to each pitch. There is also a dated toilet block which was actually fine and was regularly cleaned. There is a security barrier which was locked at night. Ingoldmells was looking a bit decrepit at this time of year with the shops, arcades & funfair closed down for the winter months. However, the beach was readily accessible to allow the dog to run & run. We biked up to Chapel St Leonards and found the coastal promenade that would take us all the way back to Ingoldmells & beyond. The site has a café/tea rooms associated with it and we had our Sunday Lunch there – a roast & pudding all for the princely sum of £14!! So overall a nice little site – well away from the hoards of static holiday caravan parks thankfully!

Quiet trip

We had a frindly welcome The pitches were well spaced out and lovely to have individual taps Only noise we had was the tractors harvesting which is expected in August  We wouldn't come again as don't like Skegness

best site ever

Wow ,been looking for the perfect site for what seems like ever ,by chance found it by browsing club site for Skegness area, Our three families with caravans managed to get booked for two weeks 13th Aug. onwards one family for one week ,this was our best holiday to present the site was outstanding for all facilities, including a superb onsite tearoom with second to none quality and good value food all cooked like mother used to make ,you don't walk away hungry only 100% satisfied ,We even took home a whole lemon merengue pie which made your mouth water and wanting seconds ,The owner Reece was outstanding in all aspects nothing was too much trouble you only had to ask he and his wife made us so welcome it was like home from home ,so much so we just didn't want to leave, a very nice touch was having the water tap just behind each van with so much room per unit even with awnings and tow cars, the onsite toilets ,shower, and chemical disposal were always tip top clean and the grass was always trim ,with now grass cuttings paddling in your van ,quite amazing how Reece does it,,We were blessed with two fantastic weeks of weather which was the icing on the cake, This site will be on top of our list in future I may have let the cat out of the bag so much that this location will be probably full up the next time we want to visit, But Hey this site deserves full praise all-round ,And hope they always prosper Many thanks to Corner Farm for the best holiday yet.

Quiet Get Away

Came for a weeks holiday and arrived on 2nd to a warm welcome by Reece the Park owner. Left to pitch up and get sorted. Small shower room which has recently been refurbished to a good standard and told toilets are to be refurbished soon too. Separate chemical toilet and waste. There is a small cafe on site which serves lovely food and also caters for locals. Near to towns etc, peaceful and relaxing will be back soon.

Linclnshire gem

We stayed on this site for a week at the beginning of May and were absolutely smitten with it. The pitches are all well-defined and level with hardstanding and own tap to each pitch. There are toilets and a shower which were cleaned every day.  On arrival, we were greeted very warmly by Rees who is also responsible for the immaculately kept grass. The cafe on the site is an absolute treasure without intruding on the site itself. All the food is home cooked, delicious and cheap. Access into the site is easy but caution is needed on the roads leading to the site...they are extemely bumpy and full of potholes but certainly negotiable with a little patience. Everywhere is so close to the site...even Sutton and Mablethorpe are only 20 minutes away. We had such a wonderful, relaxing holiday on this superb site that we shall certainly be regular visitors in the very near future!

Lovely, peaceful site.

Lovely four night stay. Site very clean and well looked after by the very helpful Rees. Nice flat hardstanding pitches. The cafe on site does good wholesome food at a very reasonable price. Lane up to site from main road is a bit bumpy but take it steady and there is no problem. Easy access to site. Will definitely return.
