Just spent the may bank holiday at copse side farm. we were warmly welcomed by mrs beale who lent my husband and i a book with local walks and o.s
map which we found very useful. Thankyou mrs beale for kindly lending to us.
What a lovely cl. all the amenities were found at the top of the field which slopes gently away towards the bottom. We pitched at the bottom end and appreciated the hedge on our first night which was wet and windy but we were well sheltered. the views were lovely and we were able to walk directly from our van straight onto local footpaths. we will return .
walking
Just returned from a few days break at the end of August. We were warmly greeted on arrival, the whole site was clean and tidy, and very peaceful. Plenty of walks were easily reached, and there are some lovely pretty villages to view. You will need transport should you wish to visit a local pub as the nearest has now closed. There seemed to be a good choice of places to go should the weather turn. The site seems very well thought of judging by the remarks of other users who were returning year after year.

outstanding views and walking paradise
We stayed here in Spring 2012. The view from our van was breathtaking. Mr and Mrs Beal were friendly but did not intrude. Walking and cycling in the area was fantastic. Wished we had time to stay longer.
