I had passed the site entrance to Chessons Farm dozens of times whilst riding the Bewl Water cycle route but had always stayed at a site on the other side of the water. What a missed opportunity since, whilst more basic in facilities, Chessons farm is far better in terms of the views and the general peace and quiet. Access to the site is easy enough but as the owner says you really should avoid following just SAT NAV since it is likely to route you in round the North West of Bewl Water which would be far less convenient.
