Good view but pitches a bit close

The view to Padstow is still there but the field is now fenced in half and with the lower half out of bounds. Each pitch is marked with small rope fences and only about 6ft apart so the pitching area is actually about 0.25 acres. The owner allocates your pitch. Luckily the site was not full when we were there because the pitching would be a little tight if all 5 were occupied with a caravan and awning. This is not what we expected on a CL without electric, which normally means few constraints on where you choose to pitch.

What a view!

This is a very basic CL with a stunning view! It is a huge field for a CL, but motor vans may prefer to stay at the top of the field where it is flat, and the view is better. There is another club field next door, but no problem. Access from the main road is simple. The local pub is just a minute's stroll away. This is a great site for the camper who can do without mains power. The sunsets and views of the boats on the estuary are worth every penny of the low price!
