Just returned from another lovely stay on this, our favourite CL. As always the welcome was warm and friendly, the grass cut short, the site peaceful and tidy, the views to the hills delightful, what more could anyone wish for. In addition to all this the area has much to offer to all abilities from the very fit who want walks on the Long Mynd to gentle strolls up Cardingmill Valley. For those interested in history the possibilities are endless, Ironbridge with its many museums and industrial past is only a few miles away and there are numerous National Trust properties within easy driving distance. Good fly fishing about a mile away and Church Stretton has good local shops and excellent coffee shops. We have always found the road into the site easy to negotiate and never had any problems whatsoever.
