What a find!

We were directed to this CL by a local man - how lucky were we? Everything is so well organised from the booking to directions and on the site itself. Clearly, the owners have thoughtfully created a perfect retreat. It thoroughly deserves a 5* recommendation.

Superb new CL

Lovely views from this site towards Llyn Alaw reservoir which has a series of walking trails around the water. There are also wildflowers, butterflies and bird hides. The site itself is very well laid out and there are further fields where you can walk your dogs. The pitches are pretty level and I didn't need to use all the distance on my level ramp to become perfectly level. Having 16 amp electric, a water tap, grey waste point on every pitch is a big bonus. The site also has a dedicated toilet and wash basin even the walls are immaculately tiled and the facility is kept very clean....along with a supply of toilet paper and had wash soap. There is plenty to do in the area, a visit to Parys mountain is intriguing..it was once the largest producer of copper ore from what was once volcanic action. The ore was then transported down to Port Amlwch which is now a sleepy fishing port and also worth a visit and a walk around and from, using the Anglesey coastal path as it passes by. Of course, there are lots of coves and beaches that are also within easy reach, as well as the Port of Holyhead, so the site is ideal for those wanting to catch a ferry to Ireland. The site also has a large separate field for children to play on. Children remain in sight, but far enough away not to bother the quiet ambience of the pitches, or disturb the song birds that visited the fence next to my pitch. As noted before, sunsets were as stunning as you would expect being west facing. The picnic benches for each pitch on the west side is a very nice touch as well. The chemical waste facilities are the new lidded type, as specially developed for caravan sites and make the job a lot easier than those on other CLs. New stone walls, fencing, existing hedging and newly planted extra hedging certainly make this a site to visit and to return to.....I suspect once found, with all that extra space that a few Centres will be interested in coming for Centre rally's in 2023 and beyond - So I'm sure this is set to become a successful and popular CL once more people hear about it. Finally, as said in previous reviews, access was easy and I was made to feel very welcome. Excellent site. Thank you Glyn and Lliwen for putting such a lot of thought into your site

A fantastic new CL

This wonderful site has only just opened and we were lucky enough to stay for the May half term week. The owners have obviously gone to enormous effort to get things right - each pitch is fully serviced, the grass is kept short, there are picnic benches for each caravan and a separate large field (also mown) with football nets and loads of space for kids to ruń around. The owners didn’t realise the WiFi wasn’t reaching the end of the site, but as soon as they found out, they had someone out to sort it! There is a very clean toilet and the chemical waste emptying point is really well set up. The pitches are west facing and we had some fantastic sunsets. The site is easy to access and centrally located, with lots to see and do on the island. Well done to Glyn and Lliwen for making this such a lovely site! We are looking forward to visiting again.

Peaceful

Lovely clean, peaceful site perfect for relaxing, easy access, fully serviced pitches, pitches on a slight slope though nothing a leveling block/ramp won't sort,Glyn was very friendly and welcoming .Nice walk around the fields with sheep and cattle in the neighbouring fields so dogs must be kept on leads at all times, the site is quite central for visiting the whole of Anglesy. We would definitely visit again.
