We originally booked this site for a week having never been to the area before. When we found there was just so much to see and do on our doorstep and being blessed by great weather we extended our booking for another week. Amazingly Peter had space for us. Can't understand why this CL isn't full all year-with extensive views, a friendly welcome, and access to places of interest and the coast, what's not to like? Peter was chatty and was always on hand to deal with queries and offer advice on places to visit. Hand sanitiser was freely available and there were even bins for food waste. There was plenty of space, and even a picnic bench available for each pitch so no worries about unpacking chairs etc, and there were two water points. Some pitches were slightly sloping but this was not an issue. The CL is surrounded by beautiful countryside and it was a feature of our stay to be wowed by amazing sunsets behind the hills opposite. It is easily accessed from a B road so no having to negotiate narrow lanes with caravans or motorhomes and hoping not to meet anyone coming the other way. We would highly recommend this CL and will definitely be back.
