We have been many times to this CL and enjoyed it every time. It's off the beaten track so it's very peaceful but close to the town of Lymm. We have a Motorhome and the hard standing is nice and flat. Within a few hundred yards there is a shop that sells everything you might need and there are two pubs within walking distance that have great food and ales. A 40 minute walk, either along the road or down the side of the canal, or a five minute car journey takes you into the pretty town of Lymm with its many restaurants & cafes. Close by there is also a bus stop for buses to Altrincham or Warrington. The owner Nigel is very helpful and always stops for a chat. He has also provided a portaloo which is very handy. The site is very secure as anyone coming onto the site has to drive past the farmhouse where Nigel and his family live. We were on the site over Christmas and will be back over the New Year weekend and many times throughout the year. All in all we are very happy with the site.
