You will go a long way to better this CL. It is close to all the major tourist attractions in the area and is only a 5 minute drive from junction 20 of the M6.The owners strive to make your stay a happy one even to the point of arranging users a 20% discount off the price of meals at the local Public House. The site is on a slight slope and has great views towards Manchester and the distant Pennines, the field is large enough to ensure each unit has ample space without intruding on each other. If there is one very slight negative point it is that the Chemical Disposal point is some 200 meters away in another field but you can take the said unit to the emptying point by car, as I did. The owner has recently installed a temporary toilet on site so you can use this as an alternative to the toilet in your van. Would we use this site again, certainly, we are already thinking of staying next year in May.
