We spent a week at this beautiful quiet little site at the end of July. The owners Chris and Linda are very, very nice and gave us a really friendly welcome. The site is in a large field with views over open countryside, and as they have a 5 van limit there's so much room between pitches. There's a little toilet and shower block with pot washing facilities that is absolutely immaculate, it also has little bags of toiletries available just in case you're forgotten something. There;s a free book/magazine exchange, info sheets and leaflets about the local area, Plus Chris and Linda are always on hand with more info, or help, if you need it.
There's a farm shop just down the road and other good shops at Stalham. Sea Palling with its amazing beach is only about 2 miles away. Thank you for a lovely relaxing stay, having found this little gem we'll definitely be back. :)
Very peaceful
Just returned from a short stay.
Very peaceful and immaculate facilities. Lovely view and well placed for some beautiful beaches.
We were made to feel very welcome & we would highly recommend, only wish we could have stayed longer.
Peaceful well kept CL
My husband and I, along with 3 small well behaved dogs have just spent 11 nights at this beautiful CL. The field is level with very spacious grassy pitches. Edged by private woodland and ahead views to the dunes, this offers a perfect quiet retreat. On site is a toilet/shower room and washing sink. I liked the extra touches like a basket of books, shower mat, which was changed regularly along with the shower curtain. Also, little bags of travel sized shampoo, soap and shower cap for a £1 donation to charity. In the porch area to the washroom was an information board with leaflets advertising the local attractions. The elsan (only Green fluids), grey and dry waste including recycling are found to the side of the washroom. All areas are kept immaculate.
If staying here I suggest a visit to Sea Palling, Waxham and Horsey beaches. Where after a short walk you may be lucky enough to see grey seals basking on the beach. Eateries I recommend are Oasis Indian Restaurant (next to Tesco in Stalham), the Swan Inn, Stalham (on the high street), Reefs Bar, Sea Palling and Pennylands (quirky 1940’s themed cafe).
Coming back to the CL, the owners Chris and Linda are a lovely friendly couple. Nothing is too much trouble. Always on hand but keep their distance. We met as strangers and leave as friends. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

A warm welcome awaits you from Linda & Chris.
We stayed at Bridge House for 8 days and can’t fault it one little bit.
Directions to the sight were precise and access was easy even with our 8m twin axle.
We were met on arrival by both Linda & Chris who ensured that we had all the information that we needed to enjoy the local area to its best.
During our stay we visited many local eateries and would definitely recommend the Reef bar in Sea Palling and the Swan on Stalham high street.
Chris & Linda we’re around if we needed anything and kept the site and little shower/toilet room immaculate throughput, even changing the shower curtain several times during our stay.
If you enjoy walking or cycling then there are many beautiful beaches within easy reach and you may even get to see seals as we did.
I would highly recommend this beautiful site and will definitely book again if we come to Norfolk in the future.

What a great place to stay, with lovely hosts and everything you need for a relaxing break.
What a great place to stay, with lovely hosts and everything you need for a relaxing break.
We have just returned from a 6 night stay at Bridge House, near Sea Palling, and we feel relaxed and recharged.
The site is a great size, which means that you have space and are not on top of each other and it is level. There are trees and great wildlife to watch and listen out for around the boundary. There is a lovely well designed toilet and shower for you to use if you do not want to use your onboard facilities, which is kept spotless, plus a sink for your general washing up, which is also spotless. At the entrance to the facilities is a great information board, with lots of contact information and great suggestions for places to visit and eat.
The waste water and chemical waste points are well designed and also kept in a spotless condition, with the bins all located in a convenient and a well-designed area, all in all you cannot fault the owners on way the site is operated and set up. There was a hose available which allowed our friend to fill up her motor home without moving it, plus we parked a distance from the electric hook up point and the owners kindly lent us an extension cable for our stay
The beach is about 2 miles from the site which you can walk if you want to using the road and the edges of the fields to reach, but about 2-3 minutes in the car. I love the beach at Sea Palling as it is flat and sandy and you have two options one side of the slip way is dog friendly and the other side is not, plus a pub, café and toilets
We had a tour of the two on site holiday cottages for hire, they were lovely and give you great options for families to meet, especially if they are not all caravan lovers.
We would like to thank both Linda and Christopher for being so welcoming and making our stay to enjoyable, we will be back.
Excellent Site
Just spent 7 nights at this site which has got to be one of the best CLs we have stayed on.
Warm welcome lovely large site and immaculate toilets.
Lovely view over fields that had sheep and lambs in it lovely to watch their antics.
Had some great meals at the Greyhound Pub which is about 2 1/2 miles away.
We will return when in the area again

4 Day Get Away
This CL is great. The owners are so friendly and helpful location is great for a quiet get away
The toilet/ shower block is absolutely immaculate regularly cleaned after speaking to the owners and being told there is going to be an expansion to the shower/toilet with disabled access this just makes the site even better
Being only 5minute drive to Sea Palling
The paddock is maintained to a high standard as well as the rear of the grounds
If it wasn’t for work commitments I would still be there
We had a fantastic 4 days there and highly recommend this CL to everyone
So good
What can I say Linda and Chris came to the rescue after losing all power half an hour after arrival. Got us an extension lead and produced a couple of lights for the evening. Well impressed with the lovely site. Clean. Well set up with plenty of space between pitches and an immaculate shower toilet block. Highly recommended the local sites too. Horsey Gap for the seals. Horsey mill for some stunning scenery and cart gap for a great brekkie. Waxham Barn for fish finger baguettes. Great 4 days thank you Chris and Linda x
Fantastic site!!
Fantastic site. We were met with a warm welcome, by Chris and Linda, when we arrived. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The site is clean and the eye for detail is impressive. The toilet is spotless and cleaned every five minuets (or so it seemed). It was quiet and peaceful and ideal for exploring that part of Norfolk. Sea Palling beach is a wonderful way to spend a day. We were lucky with the weather. The pitch sizes are huge and you are not limited to one spot. We would recommend this site to anyone who likes things neat and tidy and relaxing. Thank you Chris and Linda for a great week.
Outstanding site
I haven't felt compelled to write a review before until we visited this site. From the welcome, to the upkeep/ cleanliness of the site, the tranquility of the surroundings all made for a lovely stay. We will be coming back and would recommend the site to anyone wanting to visit this part of Norfolk.
