The instructions on how to get here are very clear and can be accessed via a Sat Nav BUT "at the end of a cul de sac" doesn't explain it is accessed via the Private Road Track - a Caravan Club Sign at the top of the road would help. The field itself is vey spacious and fairly level and well drained. We pitched at the top of the field but it would be quite a haul for the water and toilet disposal if you pitched at the very far end. The owner was very friendly and helpful. It is a working farm so there is a bit of machinery noise but only during the day and did not spoil our stay in any way. There is a clean and perfectly serviceable toilet near the water supplies ( although some toilet paper would have been nice!!). It is very close to a lot of Scenic Places. - Minsmere/ Aldborough/ Southwold/ Thorpeness
