This site suited us perfectly! Near to Bempton train station (not noisy at all), and walking distance (only slightly sloping) up to the famous Bempton Cliffs, Cleveland Way coastal path and RSPB Visitors Centre/Cafe. We were sited on the level paving slabs for motorhomes, and as we were the only ones there, we enjoyed an uninterrupted view of the surrounding countryside. With Bempton station adjacent to the site, it was very easy to purchase tickets and take the train to either Scarborough or Bridlington. We enjoyed the walk to the cliffs and then along the coastal path. A gem of a place for avid bird watchers and walkers! From a CL point of view, the field is slightly sloping. However, the two motorhome positions have hard standing and are level enough for us. A lot of thought has gone into the signage around the CL campsite, but it is a shame that it has now faded!
