We spent 2 nights in our motorhome on the hardstanding on the driveway. Although the pitch didn't look sloping we did use levelling blocks, which was not a problem. We rang the bell on arrival and Clive was very helpful and friendly. Despite having been very wet all the previous week, the field with the grass pitches was quite firm and despite torrential rain on Friday, did not get waterlogged. The toilet and shower were always spotless and I think £1 for a shower is perfectly acceptable when you look at the price of the pitch. The information hut had plenty of books and information and the map showing the footpaths and dog walks was very useful. Felbrigg Hall is an easy 20 minute walk through the lanes or about 30 minutes along the the main road. All in all, a lovely quiet site.
