Excellent CL
Lovely well kept site. Perfectly situated for a short walk into Holt. Level, well drained site with plenty of room between pitches. With reference to earlier review regarding the approach road to the site it could be that this was addressed as we found it perfectly acceptable ( in fact have driven on worse public roads !) Will definitely return.
A tired site

What more do you want from a CL?
I know free wifi would be fine. A nice clean heated toilet block and shower room would be exceptional but really when you get down to it what most CC members want from their CL is a clean, tidy, well managed site which has room to spread, has the basic requirements necessary for their needs (whether that includes EHU or not) and is reasonably priced. This one run by a lovely couple, Mr. & Mrs.Cooper, ticks all my boxes. It does have EHU (but is not compulsory), has space a plenty, backs onto their own property but that doesn't impinge on the CL, has a bucolic scene that occasionally includes a visiting Barn Owl and Tawny Owl, has a high hedge that separates it from the neighbours, who at the time of writing are quiet and unobtrusive and is only 5 minutes walk into the lovely small Norfolk town of Holt, that has everything one could need for a caravan holiday. The only problem with this CL is that it is continually busy. People just like the place (darn it). This week next year is already full!! The CL is a grass area, no hardstandings but is kept well mown and drains well. Extra cables are available (in the greenhouse) if your electric cable can't reach. The only downside is the access road is a little potholed but it's not long and is manageable. In addition, please note that the owners are not "In your face " people but are very pleasant when you catch up with them. This like many other CL's that provide this standard of service is why I like the CC.
