Lovely sunny grass field.
Pagham harbour with fabulous views is an easy walk away and there are cycle tracks close. Buses run to Chichester and Selsey, so no need to use the car.
Free range ducks and chickens roam and enjoy popping in for a chat occasionally. Fresh eggs are sometimes available. We will be visiting again (and again probably!)
