Firstly, If you have a large motorhome or caravan such as a big twin axle be aware that the entrance to the drive is tight when turning off the road. Having read previous reviews before arriving I made sure our toilet was freshly made up and as we were only staying 1 night I decided not to empty it before we left as the chemical toilet waste disposal is exactly as described by previous reviews. I am surprised that the owners have not had to provide something a little more suitable. What has not been said is that the field in which it is located is sloping. The signage was also in need of replacing as it was all very badly faded and I could not find anywhere to empty the grey waste. On a positive note the views are great and the site is ideal when your doing the NC500 and the owners are very friendly. The fact that this is pretty much the only CL site in this area on the NC500 route means that you have to either take it or leave it as there is no other choice.
