Peaceful site
A warm welcome from Ian on our arrival who explained everything we needed to know for our 6 night stay. The site is very tidy and has beautiful far reaching views. The pitches are also very spacious.
It’s a safe walk on footpaths into Ellesmere where you will find the lovely meres and canal. Shrewsbury and Oswestry are both good places to visit within18 miles and there is an excellent farm shop and cafe at Battlefield.
We have been visiting the Ellesmere area for many years and it never disappoints. We will definitely be returning to this CL.
