Our 3rd visit to our favourite CL. Cannot add much to previous reviews. Brilliant. We will be returning soon.

Great views, great service point.
The site now has a security entrance, on arrival there was a CL inspector about to enter, we both had trouble trying to get in the gate! Eventually- after a phone call, we succeeded and everything was fine thereafter.
The views towards the sea over yellow fields of oil seed rape are excellent (until the haar comes in) and the facilities are quite new and easy to use and locate. Coldingham is a lovely old village with narrow roads and the Priory is worth a visit. We find the Footpath app is good when exploring footpaths we come across, and there were several in the village.
The owner came to check there were no problems and to welcome us and other new arrivals.
Just what we like in a CL
This is our ideal type of CL....hard standing, water and waste on the pitch, toilet emptying close by, great views, easy access, a warm welcome, and a good price. Also a good MH service area , and a security gate with coded access. Obviously many people look for the same as the site was well occupied during our stay
First CL we have used that has had solar panels installed.
There is some road noise off and on from the small road that runs close to the site, but nothing unacceptable. We chose pitch 1 to be close to the toilet emptying, pitch 5 is well away from the road.
The coastal villages are interesting to visit, and there are plenty of pubs and a variety of eating places in the area.
We were unlucky with the weather, lots of wind and rain, and even snow briefly, so, having visited the area before we did not venture very far this time, but there is plenty to see.
Happy return visit
We have returned to this site as it is perfect for us. Beautiful views, hard standing ,water and grey waste and electric on all pitches. The owners always pops in to say hello and ask if they can do anything for you.
This is what a 5 van site should look like. Perfect for a quite break away.

Great Site
We enjoyed 5 nights here, the views are great and expansive. Facilities are first class with good water pressure and 16 amp hook up. We will definitely return for another visit.
An excellent site
We had a very enjoyable stay at Bee Edge. Access is easy, pitches a very good size and facilities were very well kept. Nothing to fault. We enjoyed visits to Fast Castle and Innerwick Castle as well as the coast and there is a lot more to see in the area.

Lovely CL site
Lovely site, with views of the sea. All pitches fully equipped. Owner very welcoming. Laminated information on site very useful. Can't wait to come back again soon. The on line system for a CL site is simple to find available dates

Outstanding site
This must be the best CL we have ever visited. Water, power and grey waste at each pitch. Every pitch neatly laid out with gravel area and level grass for your awning. Very friendly host who makes everyone welcome. The site has a view to die for and is close to an amazing coastline with fantastic walks - you can walk to the coast from the site if you are reasonably fit.
One of the best
Been a number of times now and hope to return again soon. Great CL with all amenities to hand. We can’t fault it. Good website for booking. Well maintained with nice open sea views over St. Abbs and Coldingham. Minimal traffic noise. Secure gated site (pin code lock at the gate). Good dog exercise area. Owner friendly and helpful.
Great site, one of the best CLs
We're just back from 2 nights at Bee Edge. What a great site, views are stunning across the bay to St.Abbs/Coldingham. This is probably the best CL we've stayed at so far in the last year in our van. Pitches are all self contained, ours was level, can't comment on others but they looked just as good. WiFi had a decent bandwidth, we could stream live TV although that may change if the site is full. Facilities are good and very clean. You can walk from the site off road into Coldingham, the details are next to the recycling facilities. Then pick up the Berwickshire Coastal Path, we walked into Eyemouth and back, although it was full waterproof weather. Pint in The New Inn, Coldingham on the way back.
