Whoo Whoo!
Lovely CL, nicely presented, with excellent walking and scenery. Grass mown short, flat, with usual basics, (EHU, water and waste disposal).
Lockton is a lovely village on edge of moors, church very interesting if you like history.
What made this special for us was the hooting of trains across the Newtondale Valley! Fabulous drive down to Levisham Station (very steep!) and we watched steam trains every day.
Easy to get to Pickering, Whitby, all over NY Moors.
Good dog walk adjacent. Shop in village sadly closed.
