Yuasa batteries

Hi,

I thought I would warn other members of the problem I have had with my Yuasa Battery.

Please note the following email in return of my complaint to Yuasa over a faulty battery, these batteries are more expensive than others.

Dear Mr Miller 

I can assure you, you have done extremely well with your Leisure Battery, the design life is 12 months, with a guarantee for replacement of 6 months when installed on a caravan, this  should have been explained to you on purchase.   

Therefore, we appreciate the efforts you made to care for your battery as caravans are a very harsh application due to the inconsistent usage and charging over very varied time scales.
