Too high a price to pay?

Page 24 of CC magazine states THE WOODS affiliated Site is asking you to book now for late Sept 2014 for the Ryder Cup event. The price for two adults for 7 nights on a standard pitch is £217 ie £31 per night! Its only 15 miles from the golf course - how wonderful - at that price I would expect a view of the course from my front window. Still I suppose we shouldn`t be too surprised, hotels charged fantastic rates for the Olympics. I would look around and find somewhere else prepared to charge a more reasonable rate and possibly nearer too.
