Safefill have, for all their hard work, fortitude and downright stubbornness against huge odds, reached the finals of the APEA awards for innovation! No more than they deserve! Well done Safefill. You have made a real difference to our pastime. We wish you luck in the future.

Perhaps this needs to be put into context. For example I believe that companies can put themselves forward for these awards and there are many categories many not heavily contested.

I wouldn’t like to say DD whether or not they put themselves forward. I will find out though! but even so, their innovation has been noted.
