Not such good value Club Card Points

I know a lot of us use a Tesco Credit Card to collect Club Card Points so that we can get either free or near free Eurotunnel crossings. From 1st November the amount of rewards for non Tesco spend will be considerably reduced. Currently 1 point for every £2 spent but from November 1 point for every £8 spent. The rewards for using the credit card in a Tesco store or filling station remain the same. So if you are a non Tesco shopper the advantage of using one of their credit cards will, I think, become questionable. Mind you I suppose every little helps!!!!
