Anyone know of a decent well priced pay as you go unit I can purchase for use on sites that sometimes only have 'emergency calls only' signal on your phone? The sites, although Caravan Club, habe no wifi. Every time I see a router/modem that looks the ticket - the reviews are bad! Is the EE Osprey any good?

Cheers

As their father of two teenagers, WiFi is always wanted.  So I was looking at MiFi. Does anyone have any suggestions as I haven't got a clue?!?

If you really want one, Daryl, I would make sure you get an unlocked model so you can use a sim for any network.

Something like the Huawei E5577 will do it (others are available).

The 3 Network is used by many as their Internet On Legs 12gb can be found at around £25 at times. Both items can be found on Amazon if you want to browse.

Three mifis and phones are unlocked.

I had a Vodafone one originally but when I found the Three internet with legs I couldn’t find anyone who could unlock the Vodafone mfi. A very kind man on another forum eventually did it for me. I also got a Three 4g one with my iPad so I use that now. I’ve been using Three now at home and abroad for two or three years and only not had a useable signal once.
