LED’s towcar and caravan.

Apologies for revisiting this thorny old discussion re towcars and caravans which are both fitted with led roadlights . Maybe, like myself,you will have a 2015 or maybe even younger Mondeo which will have come with led as standard and you have a new Swift caravan (with led’s) , on order and are wondering, as I did, if your Caravan and Mondeo are going to have some of the problems that other reorts on CT have referred to. So just to advise you that Ford must have built something into the wiring harness that has forseen the problem and have corrected it, as no roadlighting problems have arisen when hooked up and towing. All roadlights behaving. Apparently, according to a source involved with such electrical matters, that Vauxhall’s had been prone to the led reaction problem.
