How not to sell your caravan !

Because I am casting my net around in the attempt to find the elusive excellent condition van for next to no money I look at the CC private adverts almost every day and am amazed how prices vary.

Today however I spotted the following wording for a van which is not exactly keenly priced...........  Would you even think of picking up the phone on reading the following: -

Owned since new, used every winter in Spain, full documented history, good solid caravan, starting to show its age.
