anyone know where this useful booklet has gone. can't find it in the shop.  The downloadable vouchers are out of date (i've emailed asking for up to date ones).  Shame as we fancied visiting a rspb reserve next week.

You can still visit an RSPB reserve and just show your CC card. If you have joint membership then show both. Anyway I hope that the Club can sort out their offers and savings soon after tomorrow.

Just had a look at the offers section and it states that the offer for RSPB expires at the end of this year(2017). Go to the top line and click on Offers, then click on Members Offers (not Great Savings Guide) then scroll down to RSPB and print your offer off. As previously advised though you could just show your membership cards and they would be accepted. We lost our RSPB cards at the end of last year and just used the CC cards instead.

I hope GDS booklet comes out soon as well. The canny ones amongst us get far more than the membership fee back making use of some of the offers! And we tour all year, so need year long offers!laughing

As you can see I have Deleted User one of your duplicate posts but it still remains on view with the message content Deleted User by moderator. So not much point doing the same for the rest? We have discussed this issue with Rochelle and she is hoping to get it resolved as soon as.

As to the cause of duplicate posts I can't really answer as I don't recall it happening to me using a Windows machine. Is it possible that you are pressing the submit button too long or thinking the post has not gone pressed it again. The site servers are a bit on the slow side and they don't always react immediately regardless of how fast your own internet connection is. Beyond that I can't explain why.
