Hi all,

I dont know if something has happened due to brexit or whatever but I have just went to book my usual dover to calais for my summer holiday which iis not within childrens holidays, Last year i pad £120 return with my outfit - this year it is a massive £270.

Has anyone else experienced such price increases?

Non Taken Tinwheeler.  If he admitted he didnt see it coming down then hey, what chance does anyone have hahaha.

Yes I tried different days and times, think it may have something to do with brexit, just my thought though.

I even went to look at the Dfds from newcastle to Ijmuiden, two years ago I paid £650 with the upgraded rooms and other things, now that is coming back at £1800.

I remember someone saying to me caravaning is a cheap mans holiday, not anymore. Two new sets of boots have just cost me £180 along with court fees of a few hundred Wink Wink

I just checked the ferry we usually use for April/May and the price change from last year is negligible

We were due out early March and ferry price competitive. Had to change to September and absolutely no difference in price for a more used crossing. Don't see a Brexit effect.
