Camper or caravan which one

Please Help.............basic facts.....Live at the bottom of a cul-d-sac.......Own a campervan..reason ;- its only me and the misses and of course the dog and its easier no let me explain once I get it out of the street a Camper van is easier to get back in......Problem........ We have a daughter who is at University in London and have found that Abbey Wood Caravan park is a convenient site not to far away to go visiting....have just found out that the camper is no longer Lez compatible...so what to do.........am thinking of getting rid of camper and buying a caravan, only a 2 berth but then will I be able to get it in once i've got it out, whats the best type of caravan is my car a Toyota Avensis 1.8 Petrol going to be economical or will I then have to change to a diesel........Oh please help
