I am an avid convert to using Bio Tabs (for the toilet!), and usually use LIDL's own brand. We are in Spain at the moment and running short. Searching both LIDL and other shops I cannot identify any tabs/pods which are obviously 'biological' in the accepted English interpretation. (Many say they are 'Activo'). Can anyone assist? ...my Spanish is very limited.

I'm sure you won't regret bio pods ☺. I reckon you're right about dissolving a pod into the water tank. We have used a grey tank liquid that's fine, prior to that we used soda cystals, they were good too. Not tried bio pods in the waste tank but may well do if it gets a bit whiffy 😉

I do have grey waste tank cleaner for the Motorhome but it is expensive and yet another bottle to handle. I should think you could dissolve a tab in the sink and just let the water drain out into the tank.

What we do is before leaving a site (if its a bit smelly) drop 2 of the bio pods into the grey tank then run the contents of the hot tank/boiler into it, drive to next site letting it do its work sloshing about, then empty on arrival. Nice clean smelling tank, does a good job. You can do the same with the toilet cassette as well, put 1 pod in then add about 1 - 2 litres of water, same thing happens while you drive, nice clean toilet cassette to start another few days with. I've found I can just squeeze 30 of the pods into one of the plastic tubs they come in so changing the toilet every 2 days it gives 2 months of use. No blue fingers, no spills and the cleanest of cassettes.

totally agree with TG....
with regard to the specific 'spanish' question in the OP, we have just had 9 weeks in Spain and couldn't find any pods in LIDL marked as BIO. their general product 'types' seemed to be 'colour' or 'whites'....
as it happens, we had sufficient with us to just about make it home (we had other non-bio washing 'pods' with is which would have given us a few more days....
anyway, when home, i looked to restock....we now have a new ALDI so i looked at their offerings and ended up with bio pods with lavender...
verdict, (after a week away last week) i think i prefer the vin-ordinaire from Lidl, which were also a tad cheaper...
have a try and see how you go, for us its far cleaner, cheaper and more convenient than traditional blue....
and the upside is that they can used in the holding tank as above, but also in the washing machine....whatever next

Apart from trying the bio pods in the grey waste that's exactly what we do. Sorry never thought to mention we did it before driving off 😊. We always have the toilet cassette primed - you never know when it may be needed 😉 in the best of the Guides or Scouts tradition 😆

BoleroBoy thanks for the heads up re lavender smell, I always suspect that sort of thing is synthetic and strong. Lidl is within walking distance so we use theirs for convenience and cheapness.
We love the pods. When we first hired in NZ we had blue sachets, 3 or 4 from hire company then purchased some, they were pricey but convenience was fantastic, especially as no spills. Checked them out here but decided too pricey so were pleased when we discovered bio pods which are as good if not better at doing the job, cheaper and smell better. What's not to like?
