Bio Tabs - Lidl

I'm sure there was a thread on the Lidl Formula Bio Tabs for use in the toilet cassette, but can't find it going through pages of threads or via search.

Are these tabs still available on general sale, or are they an 'offer' only item that come up from time to time?

Lidl web site doesn't show them. Can't get to the local shop till next week.

Due to run out of the blue liquid soon, loads of pink left. Wanted to try the bio tabs.

Lidl do all the time theirs are Formil, we use them and found them great.  Any supermarket own brand will do the trick, but the sqaushie tabs NOT tablets.

Yes there is a really long useful thread somewhere on the old CT about toilet solutions.  Hard to describe it as solutions, liquids etc surprised.  I believe fabric conditioner for flush too - ours is drawn direct from our water store.

Do the Formil liquid tabs dissolve ok?

Do you dissolve in water then add to the cassette or just sling it straight in?

We just leave a drop of water in the cassette after emptying and drop it in.  No chemical smell or any from cassette. We use our facility fully. Hubby empties and says it's all liquid. We empty every other day generally.

Shame the original thread is missing loads of pages of using on board facilities.

sealed LoL that method had crossed my mind tbh.

I've just purchased 20 bio liquid tabs of Formil for £2.39 and a bottle of Morning dew fabric conditioner for 99p.

Could someone advise what ratio of fabric conditioner to water for the flush please

I've settled on one Lidl tab + a splash (about 30ml) of regular blue as the ideal combination for smell AND function.

JonC, just use a similar amount of conditioner as you would the pink fluid.

We put in 2 tabs and add to the tank all the hot water that we drain off when we leave our final site before heading home. This ensures that the toilet tank gets a good cleaning out. Leave for 24 hrs and then flush the liquid down our toilet at home. Simples
