We are on our 1st weekend away in only our 2nd season and I've decided there are a few accessory purchases I'd like to make.

What online retailer have people found to be the best one stop shop for accessories?  I know there is towsure, but when looking at a noseweight guage they were way off the pace price wise.

Sorry but i go to the shop! It sells all types of gear you didn't know you needed. I once went for a tap  and bought a new Avondale. You can't do that ( deliberately ) on line.

Another vote for Amazon....although I have used The Caravan Store and Caravanaccessoryshop.co.uk for more 'specialist' items.......

Amazon is O.K. but unless you have singed up for amazon prime, you needf to spend £20.00 or pay a delievry charge on top.

I buy most my bits from Ebay

Well I've ordered from thecaravanshop, seemed quite well priced.

It's our local place, and does indeed have good prices.

The actual "shop" is an amazing place, really small and totally stuffed to the roof.  They must either have a huge back shop, or a little warehouse somewhere else.

The Caravan Shop is dangerously close to me - I work about 200 yards down the road from it. When I was doing up the caravan I bought in December, I was in so many times I was starting to get embarrasedEmbarassed The chap that works in it has been there for about 40 years, and the shop really is tiny - but it is a Tardis - he has a stockroom downstairs and if you pop in on a day he has a delivery, it is like an obstacle course.

You can go in and ask for something, and miraculously John will ponder and say, "Aye, I think we've got those" and potter off to a remote shelf. On the few occassions he's not had what I'm looking for his standard reply is "Aye, it'lll be in next week" And most times it is.

I think the owners name is John, and he really is very knowledgable about all parts and accessories, past and present.

We also have Duncans Caravans and Camping close to where I live - very helpful too, but I much prefer going into a shop - although I do almost all my other shopping online.

I would much rather buy in person but unfortunately you cannot get an accessory shop that sells everything. You would have to travel to three or four shops to get everything you want which then uses more fuel! Maybe someone in central scotland should open a B & Q sized accessory shop with overnight pitches!

If only Amozon paid their corporatio tax it would be a better option IMO

By better option, does that mean it would improve the buying experience, more products etc for the end consumer!
