I am away on my own for a month or so in the van, O/H will be here from 11th for  2 weeks and cant wait.

Ive obviously been doing the O/H's jobs like cooking, cleaning and shopping, not to mention washing, drying, pots & pans, emptying toilet, re-filling aqua roll etc etc,so will be like a holiday for me when she gets here.

Anyhow, I went to supermarket and bought myself some fodder, as I was ready to cook I read the instructions only to realise 3 dishes were microwaveable (dont have one in van) others were to be cooked from chilled not frozen so they arent eatable without de-frosting and others cannot be re-frozen (too much for one person)

So, always read the label before you pop stuff in your trolleys.
