Will my battery charge when hooked up

Hello

new on here and very new to caravaning.

we picked up are first caravan yesterday its a 1994 abi award nightstar and i have a question.

will the battery charge when hooked up to power suply on caravan site? i dont have a battery charge indicator and the van is fitted with a motor mover and is a bit of a consern if i need to use it that i have no battery power and at the moment i cant charge from my car . and another can i not use the plugs while running of the battery?
