Stupid awning question

Hi, inexperienced caravanner here that needs some help!

We are looking at a site that specifies that only fixed awnings are suitable for use (due to the location adjacent to the sea) and I'm unsure of this definition. We have a Ventura Air Cito 350 porch awning and I'm not sure is this fits under the 'fixed' definition.

Any help would be gratefully received, thanks in advance!

A lot of sites also do not like gazebos.  Because of their 'open nature' they are a bit susceptible to winds and, I guess could blow away and cause damage to other units.
