Static Caravan Advice

Hello,

I have never owned a caravan , The best I can say is I have rented one for a week .. So I am brand new to it all. I am thinking of buying a second hand static some where in the north east or close to the north east , maybe a range of scarbrough to whitley bay .. I am looking for a static pretty cheap under 10 thousand pounds  and somewhere that I could stay all year round , with reasonable rates.. just somewhere to relax it does not have to be a posh expensive site ..also a site that doesnt make you remove the caravan after so many years would be a bonus .. I would really appreaciate any help or advice ..thank you very much ,
