Hi All, Newby here!
Have just bought first (used) caravan and really looking forward to going 'off grid' so to speak.

To that end, I have installed a 100W solar panel on the roof and wired everything in including a 300W inverter.

Having been doing my homework and pretty much have all the info on Amp/Hours off pat, but now I have totally confused myself over the 12V 300W 240V inverter!

Any ideas as to what the A/H is for a 56W TV using the inverter? Do I calculate it using the 12V or 240V? As in is it 56W/12V = 4.6A or is it 56W/240V = 0.23A ?

Any help gratefully received!
Huw
