Newbie Question

Hi

We are a family of 5 looking within the next year to becoming touring caravan owners, one of our first obstacles is the possibility of having to perchase a new car, were finding it increasing hard to find out the actual towing weight that the car can pull, as on the log book it only states a braked weight of 1500kg and unbraked of 750 kg the vechle in question is a VW Touran SE TDI 105 if that helps.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
