We are newbies to this and bought a second hand Isabella awning from eBay. We realised when we pitched it up that it leaks particularly in one corner.... Something the seller failed to mention! Can anyone recommend the best thing to fix it please?

There are various proofing products available. Nikwax and Fabsil are the most well known. Available in many camping and caravan accessory shops and probably online.

Swifty, as CY pointed out there are proofing products, I've used  Nikwax spray on the seams-it worked well. Check the corner it is leaking from to find the actual problem, it could be a chafed hole or just age that has caused the loss of proofing. If it's age then the Nikwax or Fabsil will do. If there is a hole then you can  get it patched, check out some 'outdoors pursuits' suppliers, but make sure you find out what caused the initial problem, if you don't it could repeat itself. Good luckHappy
