Home base site for touring

We are considering buying a tourer for the first time, however the cars we currently have are not big enough to pull the tourer we are going to buy. We are looking to pitch the tourer at a reputable site for the remainder of the season and look to change the vehicle next year. We are seeking advise on what sites fit this purpose in the north west of england. We live in the Wigan area. Can anyone offer any advise?
