we took our first trip last weekend to bolton abbey.lucky we had good weather but cold.i must say the site is fantastic for walking the dogs.the wardens new we were new to it all and couldnt help enough.a good time was had and we are now booked in the lakes over christmas.thanks to all who gave us advice.many thanks.

Where in the lakes are you going, there are so many really good sites to choose?

scotgate park.it was the only place we could find with vacancies and then we only got four days.wanted to stay new year also.
