Dometic fridge freezer not working

Hello all, I am just after a bit of advice as to the fridge. We bought a Burstner lysed 744 just before the last lockdown. I am relatively new to the motorhome bug and the handover we got for our van was basically a youtube video. ( we previously owned a Laika and had similar fridge problems with this one too) Basically, all the lights on the fridge display light up, No warning lights, funny smells etc but the fridge/freezer will not cool. I have bought an inexpensive thermometer which I have inside and its not getting any colder. I have googled and googled advice and information and tried my best to no avail. The fridge is still under warranty so that is not an issue I just thought I may be missing something? The Motorhome is brand new and this is the first time I have tried the fridge. Some of the advice is it can take up to 48 hours to cool but its not even remotely cold after 24 hours. The motorhome is kept on a slightly tilted driveway.

Any help or advice is greatly appreciated. But in all honesty I don't have the know all to do much technical stuff!
