Delivery

GM all, just a quick question to help with my orientation, as im new to caravan ownership.

Having spent about 16k on a new van, which will be towed to a site by the retail dealer i have used, i was dissappointed to find that they will be unable to deliver on the day i have asked for, but can do the delivery a day later. Is is just me or should they be moving heavan and earth for this new purchase, rather than saing they dont have a guy for that day?

would appreciate opinions
