Thay's what I thought they were. I keep forgetting to look on Amazon, did try Screwfix without sucess.

I got mine off ebay... I tried to use matchsticks.... but they just weren't holding, so had to go with the jack nuts, and haven't had a problem since then!

They stock these in B&Q and most other DIY outlets. They are actually fitings to use with a cavity - such as a hollow panel door or the wall of a caravan.
There is another version made of rubber that is often used by caravan makers to secure things (such as lights) to plastic panels. I know them as "well nuts".
