Hi

When my Swift Charimsa 2003 is hitched up to the car, electric and lights there is a clicking relay (i believe) is this normal?

Thanks

Perhaps a bit more explanation Bullets - do you mean just a click on connection or is it continuing. I certainly have not encountered it on any of my outfits over the years.

Doesn't sound normal to me but it might be of further help if you advise is it from the car or the van and is it with the engine running or not?

I would suspect it is your car alternator rectifying circuit that is at fault and you are not feeding a clean 12v DC to your caravan. If you have had any problems with your car battery or lighting then this is almost certainly the case.

First I would check the connections between your caravan and car especially the earthing circuit.
