Campervans with Drive Away Awnings

Hello.

We're very new to the Caravan Club. After many years of hiring, we recently decided to take the plunge and purchase our very own Campervan. We're really excited over the adventures we'll be having.

One query we did have though was this.

When we've hired in the past, we've used a small Drive Away awning attached to the side of the van. It's actually a pop-up living area approx 2m wide, that takes seconds to setup and attach. We usually use the pop-up setup whilst we go touring for the day.

As we're new to Caravan Club use, is it permitted to use such pop-up living areas, providing of course you have booked a pitch with awning?
