Has anybody have any idea the best thing to clean the grey plastic awning rail trim that Bailey use on their vans ? The trim they use on the bottom rail around the van looks like the same plastic but it stays clean with hardly any problem. But the plastic trim on the rest of the van gets dirty very quickly and starts to go black. We have tried a lot of different cleaners but nothing seems to have any effect. The dirt seems to get ingrained very quickly . Would appreciate any ideas.

Some suggestions below.

Bathroom Mould and Mildew remover and a small nail brush. .

Spray some neat Fenwicks caravan cleaner or road traffic film removal onto it and leave for 5 minutes then either hard toothbrush or nail brush as suggested and it should come out quite easily. Be sure to give it a good rinse to remove all the cleaner.

Fenwicks phone number is  01939 234622

Shower mould remover

Replace the rail completely if nothing helps.
