Hi, we're looking for a new aerial for an abbey.  Any advice would be appreciated on whether to go direcftional or omnidirectional.  Thanks.

We had omni on our old van, directional on our new van. In strong signal areas it does not make much difference. However, in medium to poor areas directional is 100% better. Now everything is digital and signals are either there or random pixels, it is the difference between being able to watch the TV, or find a DVD.

A  good  directional  is  always  going  to  be  preferrable,  unless  you  go  the  satellite  route .

Directional and don't forget you can get a free App to tell you the direction of the strongest signal.
