Adria Flush Water

HI, Just trying to work out how everything in my new(to me) caravan works. Its an Adria Altea 502DK from 2008. I've set the toilet up and it will flush, but theres no water in the flush. I know I'm supposed to fill a flush tank, but there isn't one. I've filled a funnel with pink stuff, and when I press the flush button some pink stuff comes out sometimes, but no water.  Do you think it uses the normal fresh water ? The water pump seems to be broken so no water in the taps, do you think thats the problem with the toilet ? ( the manual doesn't say either way and seems a bit generic rather than being for my specific caravan). I've called a service guy to come look at the water pump tomorrow, so If need be he'll have to look at the toilet too, but I think the toilet is me just being a bit dumb rather than a fault.
